1. Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If your order is pending fulfillment, please contact Ulanzi Customer Support (service@ulanzijp.com) to cancel it. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.



2. Q: Can I change my order?
    A: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. However, if your order is made to order, you can cancel the order and place a new order by contacting us at service@ulanzijp.com.

3. Q: Can I change the shipping address?
    A: Once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. However, if your order is "Made to Order", you can contact Customer Support to cancel your order and place it again with the correct address.



4. Q: How long will it take if I choose standard shipping?
A: It usually takes 7-10 business days from shipping to delivery.



5. Q: How can I get support on how to use the product or if ulanzi products are compatible with some mobile phones and cameras? can i receive it?
