We accept order cancellations prior to product shipment or processing. If you cancel your order, we will give you a full refund. Orders cannot be canceled if the product has already been shipped.

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the goods. For a return to be accepted, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Also, it must be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process. Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. The return shipping fee will be borne by the customer if there is no problem with the quality of the product. If the product has quality problems, we will not charge the consumer a restocking fee for the returned product.

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email notification of receipt. It will also let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method. Refunds may take some time (5-7 business days). If the item is damaged, please contact customer service: service@ulanzi.com. Please provide a photo or video of the broken product. Once the condition has been verified, we will refund the full price of the broken product.
